Drug bust

So last Thursday night the house in our neighborhood that we suspected was selling drugs got busted.  They found over 500 bags of heroin, a lot of cash and guns.  Um...relieved they're out of the neighborhood.  DH talked to the police chief who said they were being shown no mercy and so far haven't been posted or been granted bail because they haven't been back (I don't exactly know how that works).

Wow, that's crazy.  You never really know what is going on behind closed doors.  Glad they got them!

they had a segment on DVE this morning about what an epidemic heroin is these days. I think because it is so cheap that anyone can buy it. Scary!!

Yikes!  Glad they were caught.

There is an increase in heroin because it is super cheap and easier to get than prescription drugs.

My mom as a hospice nurse sees lots of prescription drug abuse. More like families push for the oxi then fire the agency.... so they can hire a new one and get more. Terrible.

That's crazy! We just saw our one neighbor on the news for transporting drugs cross country among other things.... So now I'm worried about the kids outside, but I love our house and this guy just moved in and is pretty old :-S

Yikes!! We had suspicions of a neighbor a few houses down from us as well and always waited for a bust to happen. Never did while we were there.

I'm glad the "trash has been taken out" and hopefully you can go back to having the nice neighborhood you always told me you had!
