Paleo
Has anyone switched to a Paleo diet and saw fertility benefits? I have a friend who's doctor has suggested Paleo after she miscarried. She then conceived, but when I look at the timing of her pregnancy, she could have been pregnant before she changed her diet. Just curious if anyone else has tried this.

I don't do the Paleo diet, but followed the PCOS diet right after I was diagnosed with it and started following it again at the beginning of the year. It has similarities to the Paleo diet.
I do not ovulate on my own, and the 1 and only time I did was after doing the PCOS diet last summer for about 3 months. It's been a little over a month now, and I have not seen a difference in fertility. However, I've seen a huge difference in my energy and overall feeling.
Regulating fertility by diet is a win/win in my eyes. You better yourself in the process of trying to regulate your fertility with diet and exercise. It may or may not work for your fertility, but it will help your wellness in the process.
