  • As cliche as it sounds, I'd have to say my wedding day.  I didn't want it to end!  It was just about everything that we wanted it to be and I wish we could do it all over again.

  • Yep, wedding day.  It was beautiful!  I love looking back at the pictures.  Even though there were a few snags here and there, and MIL was a rude monster, it was still amazing.  Ahh I have to add a pic! image

  • The day I gave birth to LO. I can't even explain it and I think H would agree with me!

  • I think it's a toss up for me...my wedding day was amazing, but I also felt really proud of myself the day I got laser eye surgery.  It was expensive but I saved for it and paid the whole cost myself when I was 20 years old.

  • I'd have to say our wedding day too. The whole day was just amazing! I'm not sure if H would agree, he was stressed for most of the day. He didn't realize that the DOC was there to stress so that we didn't have to!

  • Wedding day.  It was insane how happy I looked.  It was such a whirlwind that I didn't even realize till I look back at the pictures.  I've never had such a geniune smile before.

  • Well, like everyone else, wedding day was definitely at the top, LOL. For the sake of keeping the thread interesting, though, the best non-wedding day of my life was my 25th birthday. I was in Japan with my godmother - it was my first trip outside North America - and we were with a tour group for most of it, but my birthday was a free day in Kyoto. She and I just wandered the city, exploring. We saw beautiful architecture, 800-year-old temples, real geishas, and wild cranes in the river. We stumbled over the language barrier to order lunch in a department store cafeteria. We went to the cultural center and learned how to make wood block prints. We were so proud of ourselves for finding our way around this foreign city without help. It was such a wonderful adventure.

  • Wedding day is obviously a big one. Getting our dog, Dutch, is up there. We got him 2 days before we got engaged and he's my baby. I'd also have to say the day we closed on our house. It was so nice and wonderful to have a place of our own.

  • I'm escaping the cliche and going with the night I got proposed to. It was Halloween. We wound up going to Pittsburgh in full costume, had dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe, and went to Kennywood (area amusement park) for their Fright Nights events.

I love Halloween!!!  That sounds like a perfect night to me :)

  • Can I say everyday of my Honeymoon?!  My wedding was amazing, but the honeymoon wins everytime!

  • I have a tie between my wedding day and the day we saw the baby moving at our 12 week scan.  I was so nervous that I had another missed miscarriage (I don't think that fear goes away, it's still in the back of my mind).  Seeing our baby moving and kicking at the technician when she poked my belly to get the baby to switch positions was such an incredible feeling.

I think H would say our wedding day.  It was an incredible day.
  • I would have to say our wedding day was the best day of my life so far, pretty sure H would agree! I have a feeling that answer will change to day I give birth to this baby :-)

@frank139@msu.edu it was so much fun. He knows me well enough to propose on a favorite holiday while on a favorite coaster. It makes it fun to look back at photos from that day. My mom had snapped a pic before we drove out. I look at it and just think that the me in that picture has no idea what's going to happen that night.

  • Mine's a toss up between our wedding day and our anatomy scan at 20 weeks. We even got to see LO's face in 4d. I don't know if H would say our wedding day, the day I told him we were pregnant or the scan. He cried at all three.
