I always give Chris the STFU look and dumb stuff doesnt usually come out of his mouth for at least the rest of the day.
I feel better knowing I'm not alone. All he had to say was "I'm just helping out while you're not feeling good" or something like that.
2 months ago, I mispoke and said I do everything... what I meant was I do all the calling when something happens. I apoligized and told him what I meant... I was trying to get him to call the VA because I can't (we still don't have discharge papers, etc)! He's still butthurt about it, so $100 it's going to revert back to that if I bring it up. I just can't right now.
It's crazy. If we lived closer to work, it was 60K more! Um, no thank you!
We are also looking at Townsend Village, but I wanted to walk through the model we want to build. So I checked to see if that Model was anywhere else in the area and saw the price difference on the same houses.
You know the even weirder thing? The same houses in Townsend Village II are cheaper than in Odessa National. Im sure because of the location and accessability to the golf course.
But in Kent County, these same exact houses are $30k cheaper than NCC, but still different prices in neighborhoods across the street from each other with no community ammenities.
