2) How many keys are on your key ring?

3) If you could change something about your current home, without worry about expense or mess or time, what would you do?

Re: Wacky Wednesday

  • 1) What is on the walls of the room you are in?   Mounted storage containers.

    2) How many keys are on your key ring?  My work keys have 11.  My house keys have 3.

    3) If you could change something about your current home, without worry about expense or mess or time, what would you do?  I would add a music room with an amazing piano, room for all of our band instruments, and excellent sound proofing.  Possibly even recording capabilities.
  • 1) What is on the walls of the room you are in?   A corkboard and a whiteboard

    2) How many keys are on your key ring? 3

    3) If you could change something about your current home, without worry about expense or mess or time, what would you do?  Our upstairs is unfinished, so I would want that finished with one great big room, a small office/bedroom and a bathroom.  We have plenty of room on just our first floor, so we haven't really been in a rush to finish it. It would be great to just pay someone to come in and do it all at once.

  • 1) What is on the walls of the room you are in?  My boss's degrees and various awards. We're sharing an office for now.

    2) How many keys are on your key ring? 5

    3) If you could change something about your current home, without worry about expense or mess or time, what would you do? I'd finish our basement. There's so much space down there and it would be really nice to make it functional beyond storage and laundry.

  • 1) What is on the walls of the room you are in? TV, Mug Club sign, 2 pieces of wooden art, clock, framed photograph

    2) How many keys are on your key ring? Just 2

    3) If you could change something about your current home, without worry about expense or mess or time, what would you do? Finish the 2nd half of the basement. We'll end up doing this in the next few months anyway but I'd do it up nicer than what we'll likely end up doing.

  • 1) What is on the walls of the room you are in?  Right in front of me is a corkboard, some paintings Tatum did and a series of NOLA postcards in framesAlso in this room are a whole mess of diplomas and licenses to practice law, a framed blueprint of the 1934 renovations of Fenway Park, and a picture of a cow sitting by a gas well on the landfill.

    2) How many keys are on your key ring?  Too many.  Maybe 7?

    3) If you could change something about your current home, without worry about expense or mess or time, what would you do?  Only one thing?!  I would add a second floor with a master suite, another bedroom and an office/library.  I love the location of my house, but there's a lot I'd like to change.
  • 1) What is on the walls of the room you are in? nothing but paint, we still need to finish the painting and trim

    2) How many keys are on your key ring? 4

    3) If you could change something about your current home, without worry about expense or mess or time, what would you do? Complete renovation of our kitchen. It is functional, but all of the appliances are original and are starting to show their age, plus we have some pretty epic wood grain Formica counter-tops.

    1) What is on the walls of the room you are in? Cabinets and coat hooks

    2) How many keys are on your key ring? 3

    3) If you could change something about your current home, without worry about expense or mess or time, what would you do? Finish the basement or replace the windows. Windows are a definite thing we need to do, a finished basement would just be nice

  • 1) What is on the walls of the room you are in? Art and clocks

    2) How many keys are on your key ring? 3

    3) If you could change something about your current home, without worry about expense or mess or time, what would you do? I would add on an addition that would be a family room on the first floor (with a fireplace!) and a master bath/walk in closet on the second floor.
  • 1) What is on the walls of the room you are in? I'm at work, so grammar posters, book recommendations, student assignments and grade updates.

    2) How many keys are on your key ring? Two - car and house.

    3) If you could change something about your current home, without worry about expense or mess or time, what would you do? Other than get rid of our terrible neighbors?  Our upstairs has a really low, sloped ceiling.  I'd love to move the roof and extend out that story.
  • 1) Carpet. Our walls at work are carpeted. And they get dusty and cobwebs stretch across them. It's NASTY. Thankfully, I'm in the center of the room, and aren't close to any of the actual wall surfaces.

    2) 4 - House, Car, Mail, Gym Locker

    3) I'd redo our Kitchen completely down to the studs, then back up.

  • 1) What is on the walls of the room you are in? guitars, legos, and stuffed animals won from claw machines.
I'm at home and we're big kids.

    2) How many keys are on your key ring? 3

    3) If you could change something about your current home, without worry about expense or mess or time, what would you do?  I'd add on a garage.  There's a lot on the list, but that's the most expensive thing.

    2. How many keys are on your key ring? 6 or 7 I think.

  • 1) What is on the walls of the room you are in?  Today's a WFH day, so my bookshelves and a window.  I think the paint was called Cornerstone?

    2) How many keys are on your key ring? 1 real key, 2 car keys (are they called keys anymore?  They're the kind that you keep in your pocket.)

    3) If you could change something about your current home, without worry about expense or mess or time, what would you do?  Anything at all?  I'd put in a full basement, add a shed to the backyard, and maybe do an addition.  I'd have more closet space and places to put things that we need but doesn't have anywhere to go that becomes clutter.  I'd move the washer/dryer upstairs and make the tiny laundry room downstairs a pantry.  Oh, and our coat closet is beyond irritating.  It's a deep, skinny closet that you walk into and the coats are hanging on the left facing out, but crap gets shoved in there (vaccuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, boots, etc.) so you can't actually walk into it.

  • 1) What is on the walls of the room you are in? Lots and lots of books, plus the typical library signage

    2) How many keys are on your key ring? 3

    3) If you could change something about your current home, without worry about expense or mess or time, what would you do? I'd renovate the kitchen - new floors, countertops, and appliances and add a backsplash

It totally is. They aren't HUGE cobwebs, and they are not super easy to see, but still. And I work in the District Office of a High School, so the public is in with us all the time.

I'm sitting in the car because DD fell asleep and I don't want to wake her up.

    2) How many keys are on your key ring?

    9. I don't even know what half of them are for! I also have a ton of those little keychain membership cards. My key ring is kind of out of control.

    3) If you could change something about your current home, without worry about expense or mess or time, what would you do?

Curb appeal! Move my front door and redo the front steps. Landscaping and fence my gigantic backyard with one of those 6 foot tall white fences to attempt to keep out the deer. I'd love to be able to have an open garden instead of one that is kept on lockdown to keep out all the deer!

  • 1. Artwork, photos in frames, quotes, a hook holding my dog's leashes

    2. 5?

    3. Since I live in an apartment, I would not do much, but I would love to change out the carpets for hardwoods (or laminate), and I would love the paint. I am allowed to paint but too lazy to do it.
