What is everyone up to this weekend?


I have an oil change Saturday morning and my parents are coming out on Sunday. Other than that. Nothing planned.

Tonight: Waxing appointment tonight (oh joy), and then getting caught up on some stuff for school. 

Saturday: More school work, and then hair appointment (FINALLY!). Tomorrow night we have a party/reunion thing to go to. Should be fun.

Sunday: Notta. I hope to get outside with my kiddo, take a nap and read.

Tonight- my mom and sister are coming over for dinner and wine

The rest of the weekend I have nothing planned but to deep clean my house. It's overdue.

Tonight - a trip to Target right after work. 

Saturday - yoga in the morning, and then reading and cleaning.  My niece is coming to stay with us this Friday.

Sunday - yoga and grading, I think.  I might do a little shopping.

I'm boring.

Tonight: DH is having guys night. So I'm hanging at home with the dogs and watching the rest of the Olympics footage that I still have on my DVR.

Tomorrow: Baby shower in the morning.  Cleaning the house (it is much needed).  We are also having Date Night.

Sunday: Church, relaxing, and spending time with friends.

Tonight I'm the Snack Mom at Sophie's Daisy Scout meeting.  They have 2 troop leaders and a 3rd mom that rotates and brings snacks.

Saturday I think we're going to take the girls to see the Nut Job.  Or see the children's performer at Jammin' Java, I haven't decided yet.

Sunday is (always) errands.  I hate the grocery store and Costco with the passion of a thousand suns.

Its project time at school so I'll be fighting with my kids all weekend about finishing up their projects.  I have twins so they have assignments due at the same time so that's a real PITA. I know they are supposed to be doing most of the work but If I let my fourth grader do his own research and write his own presentation it would end up being 4-5 sentences long and his projects would be scraps of construction paper glued to a poster board.  I asked one of the boys what he wanted to do for his project (his report is on Ohio's 1st governor.)  He said he wanted to sculpt a bust of him by hand.  Yeah that's really happening by Tuesday lol.  Not when I also have to help construct a diorama of a Shawnee Village.  I think a sketch of him or constructing his home out of popsicle sticks is more our speed.  FML.

SO MANY GOOD THINGS!!!!!!!! 

Today: I'm working a half day, then going to the spa for a manicure and beauty treatment stuff. Then meeting my sister for dinner, followed by a concert (Parachute and Walk Off The Earth) in San Francisco. 

Saturday: GETTING ON A PLANE!!! Going to Spring Training!!! YAHOO! A week and a half of baseball and sunshine.

Sunday: Breakfast Buffet at our favorite hole in the wall bar and grill in AZ, followed by a Giants game, then it's Machaca Burrito night at the same bar and grill. We hang out there 80% of the time we aren't at baseball games. The regulars are our friends, as are the owners.

Tonight: Grocery shopping.  Ok, I have a love/hate relationship with grocery shopping.  I love going with my husband because he works crazy hours and generally we are goof balls in the store.  And I love having a kitchen full of food once we are done.  But I hate paying for it and I hate hate hate hate hate putting it all away. 


Saturday : a whole bunch of nothing probably. 

Sunday : I should clean something this weekend.

Tonight:  Laundry, after I put groceries away from grocery shopping on my lunch break.  Cleaning our apartment is a mess.

Tomorrow:  I'm going to spend way too much time at our storage unit, we just kind of threw crap in there at the end of the move and I left my husband in charge of putting things in the storage unit, which was a big mistake. It is just the last thing I want to do in the winter but it's to the point where I have to do because the time to do this is non-existent. 

Sunday:  Relaxing I hope but likely I'll be doing some packing.

Sunday:  I should probably clean or do laundry at some point this weekend.

Tonight: Brief grocery store trip followed by a lot of cleaning and some cooking.  We're having DS' birthday party tomorrow, but there is some remodeling going on and they're sanding today, so there was no point in cleaning before, since there will be drywall dust all over everything when I get home.  Also need to do some food prep and bake his cake.

Tomorrow:  More food prep and the party at 4!

Sunday:  Hopefully a mellow morning, going to the gym and just hanging out.  Then in the afternoon/evening, we're going to my parents' to celebrate my dad's birthday.

Tonight: Nothing planned. Hanging out with my babies and maybe working on a blog. I'd like to start blogging again and keep up with it this time.

Saturday: Again, nothing planned. I'll do my grocery shopping in preparation for the big storm that I've been hearing is going to hit Sunday and Monday.

Sunday: DH is working during the day, so it'll just be me and the babies again. I've only left the house a few times in the last two weeks, and I don't mind at all.

Dinner out with my family to celebrate my bday tomorrow.  I'm thinking Cheesecake Factory?

Sunday we're going to my BFF's daughter's christening.  That should be interesting because her family is slightly crazy and she isn't as organized as I am with events.  For their housewarming, I pretty much ran the show, not sure I can do that this time as DD is probably not going to want to hang out with DH the entire time.  Should be interesting!

My mom and youngest sister (11 years old) are in town for the weekend.  My sister that is in college here has her Mom's weekend for her sorority (Pi Beta Phi), and then we are having a joint birthday party for Hunter and a cousin (both are turning 2, although Hunter's isn't until 3/10) on Sunday.  We also have another cousin's 1st birthday to go to tomorrow.

Last night I was inducted into the Honor Society for my master's program. It was kind of boring but it'll look good on my resume lol. Then I went to dinner with my dad and his girlfriend, all of my sisters and their SOs, my husband, and some other family members. It was for my birthday and my sister's birthday and it was just what I needed. 

Today DH is working until noon and then we are going to look at a house for sale that we like. After that I'm babysitting my friends' kids so they can go on a date for once.

Tomorrow is school work and cleaning/laundry.

Last night, I ate macaroni and cheese (Kraft yumminess!) and watched TV and read.

This morning, I have put away my laundry and started more laundry, and I am on my third episode of Criminal Minds on my TiVo. And then later, I have to clean my apartment and go to Wegmans to buy stuff to make a meat and cheese plate and to the liquor store for some wine.

Tomorrow, my friends are coming over for a GNI (girls' night in). I usually work every weekend, but since I am out on medical leave, I am off. It feels totally weird...I am hoping to be back to work soon.

Last night we had pizza night with my mom to celebrate my husband's new job.

This morning we had our weekly breakfast with my mom then we went to the gym.  I am about to eat lunch and start studying and then we are going to ride down to see the town where hubby will be working.  It is about an hour away and it is a quaint little town, which is what I love.  So I am looking forward to that.  After that, back home and more studying.

Tomorrow is church, then workout, studying, and church again.

DH comes home today! after being gone all week for work.  

This is also our last weekend in town before our trip to Australia, so much to get done.... and here I am seeing if you lovely ladies can distract me.

Church tomorrow morning and then probably lots of laundry and cleaning and getting paperwork organized.
