NBR- Fitbit

Any other fitbit users out there? Wanna be friends if you are?

Re: NBR- Fitbit

  • Give me the low-down on the Fitbit.  DH is a fitness person, and his birthday is coming up.  Do you like it?  Worth it?  Is it more of a motivational thing (cause he doesn't need that) or a tracking thing (which he would use)?

  • I love my fitbit. I have the Flex, and basically it just tracks your steps and sleep patterns. It's meant to be worn on your wrist, but I have mine on my ankle. I am always carrying a baby or pushing a cart/stroller so it wasn't registering my steps correctly.
For me it has been a huge motivation. I don't spend much time on my butt anymore. If he does the same things daily (routine), it would be interesting at first, but might not be worth it in the end.
  • I'm a fitbit user and love having new friends! Though, I will warn you, I'm on modified bedrest so I may not be much motivation for the next few months. PM me and we can connect.
