Here's a summary: this little boy named Tyler is going through his second fight with leukemia. So his Mom posted on Facebook asking police officers, firefighters, etc. to send him a birthday card. Over 1,000 first responders from across the country showed up in RI today to celebrate his birthday!
I'm pretty proud of my home state, and I know that my current town sent officers with our local police paraphernalia and a huge card signed by the whole department!
