Napa or Sonoma hotel

I am looking for hotel recs in Napa or Sonoma. DH and I are going out there this summer for our 10yr anniversary. We have been 3 times, but have always stayed at the Silverado in Napa and are looking for something new. We do want to be within walking distance to restaurants this time. Thanks!

Re: Napa or Sonoma hotel

  • Do you want a hotel or would a B&B work?  We stayed at the Wine Country Inn in Napa for our 1 year which was very nice.  More recently we stayed at the Honor Mansion in Sonoma which was amazing.
  • We've stayed at the Inn at Sonoma a few times and we really like it, and you're very close to the square. We've also stayed at Petit Logis in Yountville twice and I like that too. There's no front desk or communal area so it's rather DIY, but the room is good and the location is fantastic.

  • DH and I stayed at the Hennessey House, a B&B in Napa! It was wonderful (especially the breakfast and wine/cheese happy hour :)
