WIAR: The Girl You Left Behind by Jojo Moyes (SP)

I am about a third of the way through the book when I finish the chapter and the story jumps from a devastating moment to 90 years later. I was left with my mouth hanging open thinking ... "what's going to happen to her?"

I am looking forward to finding out, but I was sad to leave her so suddenly.

With that said, I am really enjoying the story so far.

  • I felt the same way. It veers of course for a while but it does come back around and pull together.

  • I didn't love this one the way I loved Me Before You, but I did enjoy it. I also preferred the past story to the present, but I felt like it all tied up neatly. I need to pick up another Moyes book, I just haven't gotten to it yet.
