Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I need info about bonus programs and structure of it. I know teachers don't work on one but maybe Mark?

The last company and the current one I work for have some form of profit sharing. Both seem to be implemented via stock purchase plans. I was only at the last company for six weeks, so no idea on the details. My current company is implementing it this year, so we'll see how it pans out.
