The dress is strapless, mermaid like, beautifully layered with tulle and comes with a gorgeous belt with stones on the front and ties like a bow in the back that can be worn with or without. I bought this dress brand new from RK Bridal in NYC. The dress fit to my form, had an elegant dip in the back and coverage at the bust line- flattering and chic, yet still modest. The dress was taken in mostly at the hips and butt, and was taken in at the legs for a more dramatic mermaid look- but I was still able to walk comfortably. Extra material is still on the dress. The dress has a bustle and a handle underneath. The dress has been dry cleaned and preserved by Marcel Cleaners, in 10026. The inner most layer of tulle was slightly ripped due to my heels. This is not visible when worn.
