I have heard some good ones on the radio like one year they said that zebra muscles were coming up people's toilets so to get rid of them you have to flush peanut butter down the toilet. They also did one where they said there was an old ship that washed up on the west shore of the Hudson River and people were finding Spanish coins.
Then there's my dad. He would always try something. The one that I remember is when my mom bought me tickets to go see New Kids on the Block and my dad teld me that he was really sorry but the concert was canceled. He's mean!! Lol
I actually posted a picture about this yesterday. My best friend has been struggling with infertility for several years and another friend of ours lost their 4 month old daughter in December. The picture is below:
I agree about the pregnancy jokes, they are cruel. A friend had a good blog post shared about it before. When I clicked back to my Facebook home page, the first post was someone's "I'm pregnant" post. It was distasteful.
I did see a good one today on Facebook from a friend who wrote that her and her family were unable to use their 2 week vacation rental in the Bahamas and they were willing to give it away for free. I actually fell for it...Luckily, I didn't comment because I would be unable to travel this summer.
