Yoga after hernia repair ?
I had surgery from my hernia repair a week and half ago. The surgeon said I can resume yoga 2 weeks after surgery. I'm going thru major withdrawls and I'm going to a basic yoga class tomorrow morning. I'm trying to ease back into into my practice and eventually get back into the combo and asthanga class. Has anyone had hernia repair and what was your experience returning to physical activity. Walks just aren't doing it for me. I got the hernia from pregnancy 3 years ago and put off getting it fixed. I had the mesh repair.
