Weekend lows

Highs: I restocked all of my makeup. It made me extra happy for some reason.

Lows: I hurt my back when I was scrubbing the bathtub last night. I'm praying it is better by tomorrow, because we are going to be walking pretty much all day. I'm so old.

Highs - got some clothes! Did parents taxes and thanks to their medical bills, they didn't owe! Got the rest of our deck furniture, now Jeff just needs to put it together. GOT! but I'll watch it tonight.

Lows - my mom kept commenting about my belly and how big it is. Asking if I'm sure it's not twins, etc. Now I'm self conscience.

Don't even worry about that. You look great. I had so many people tell me that from early on because I popped early and got big fast. It's hurtful at the time and does make you self conscious, but try not to let it.

wow we had a really long and busy weekend!

weekend high: getting all the baby clothes washed and put away, and getting 6 baby hens.

weekend low: having to work the kitchen tour on Saturday from 1:30-4:30. boy did my feet hurt after that!

Highs- lazy time with L on Saturday while J was working down the beach to get the porch and deck started.


Lows - L doesn't feel good. And the chair we bought for the porch is likely too big...grrrrr

i've decided people just shouldn't comment on a pregnant persons belly at all. either they're telling you you're big and asking if your having twins...which makes you super self conscious.

or they tell you you look sooo small and you spend days wondering if the baby is okay in there and growing properly.

just don't talk to a pregnant person. mmmkk? haha

Highs: The whole thing! Dinner with friends Friday, Egg hunt was great and outside!! Friends over on Saturday night, the weather yesterday!!

Lows; my cancelled massage...but even that turned into a high!

@uderin02 and @amccul20 you guys are so right. I think it's because my new tops are to flaunt the belly so it's more noticeable. I've told myself there's a baby in there... And who cares. I just keep reading how it takes a long time to pop the first time so I'm feeling more fat than pregnant. Those comments didn't help. Erin - I'm glad you said you popped early too, makes me feel better. A lot better!

Highs...Was a relaxed weekend. Didn't do any spring cleaning, but did get regular cleaning and all the laundry done. M and I played outside while DH did his yard stuff.

Lows...nothing

@mana8503 - Just close your ears right now. I don't know what happens to people's filters around pregnant women but people are going to tell you all sorts of things that you don't want/need to hear. I know it's easier said than done but try to ignore it. You're growing a baby and I'm sure you look wonderful!

Highs - I got a lot done and it was so nice outside yesterday.

Lows - My mom is here. Shawn drove me crazy all weekend. T didn't sleep well on Friday night and then couldn't/wouldn't nap on Saturday. Oh and we missed the egg hunt because of T's bad night/morning.

Highs - So much!  I went to the dentist, which is always fantastic.  We went to the mall because H needed socks and I was able to return a bag from Nordstrom that MIL had gotten me for Christmas and I got myself a new watch instead.  We ended up not having our planned date, which was fine because we went out to dinner the night before (and it was delicious!).  We stayed home instead and played video games and started watching one of our fav shows again (which I got for Christmas on DVD).  Meanwhile, H had seen a list online of cocktail recipes inspired by Disney villains and he made us "Burly & Brawny"s to sip while we hung out.  It was just glorious!  

Low - The parking lot at the mall was all kinds of crazy and that made H a little grumpy.  That's all I got :-)

Highs- Dinner for my step-dad was amazing. Chessy Inn never fails.The bachelor/ette party went off with out a hitch! Everyone had a great time, no one puked or got left in Philly. I of course was mother hen all night because you would think these people had never been out drinking in public before and it got pretty rowdy. Which is pretty normal for our group.  Every single person was hug over Sunday. We layed around and hung out for a large chunk of the morning hung D&D coffee and dougnuts that the best man went out for before everyone went home.

Low- DH HATES his new job. They have provided him with no training at all what so ever. His computer is all jacked up because they forgot to load essential programs onto it before shiping it from Kansas.There is no one that has enough time to teach him to do anything. He is bugging out and talking about talking to his old boss to get his job back. Which I am actually ok with, because that would ensure that it keeps us below the canal when we go house hunting. We arent used to the pay increase yet and I know we are just fine financially on his old pay.
