    I want to lose 15lbs, but my mini goals are 5 lbs at a time. I need to lose it by this summer. In terms of c25k, I want to run my first 5k by this time next year.

    I would say weekly.  That's generally when everybody else have check ins.

    I 2nd AM with the dieting.  I'm not motivated in my eating habits at all and I feel like that is something that we can help each other with,

    Lose 15-20 lbs, run a 5k, drop a pant size or 2.

    I think it would be great if we could share recipes.  Maybe find a new HEALTHY recipe each week for our check-ins.

    I know that I will never be the size I was when DH and I got engaged again...not without some serious assistance.  But I would like to be the size I was in the wedding.  I would like to drop 2 pants sizes...20 lbs or so.

    Yay!  I am excited!

    Ohhhh! I love your ideas! maybe we can all take turns "hosting" the c25k thing and whoever hosts can post a great new recipe....

    Or, each month have a theme for recipes, and we all post whatever recipes we have related to it. I'm loving this :)

    Yeah, I know I'll never be the size I was when Jason and I met. I weighed 118 lbs and it was a little on the thin size for my 5'6 frame. However, I would be happy if I could be the size I was before we lost my dad. I just want to have a waist again :)

    3) What is everyone's goals? I would really like to lose 40 pounds in 2009. I know that sounds like a huge goal but I was 40 pounds lighter when I got married 4 years ago...doing some crazy diets before getting married (like the grapefruit juice diet) and then a few years later having a baby has just thrown me for a loop.

  • Can I join in after the baby? I know you gals will be far past me by June, but maybe yall will have great advice for me by then :)

    2) Are there any other issues you would like for us to talk about too?  I love the recipe ideas and I guess just any tips anyone encounters.  I would also love to talk about stretching.  I know this sounds stupid but I don't ever stretch enough and then I get sore and skip a day or two and then the next thing I know I quit.

Mine isn't so much about a certain number of pounds I want to lose I just want to feel good and feel like my clothes fit.  Whatever number of pounds it takes for me to feel like that is my goal.  I also want to actually be able to finihs a 5K by this time next year.

    You  know if we all really get to where wwe can finish a 5K we should pick a race and all run it together!!!

    I totally agree!! I'm extremely bad about stretching as well...

    Or if we're all from opposite ends of the map maybe we can all pick our own 5k's to work towards, like a goal...

    I was actually thinking that right before I got to that part of Jamie's post. lol  I would really love to run a 5K this year and I think doing it together would be a great idea!
