TUESDAY- On my own (probably snacking or something quick while the kids are quiet or after they go to bed)
WEDNESDAY- Taco Meatloaf Cups
THURSDAY- On my own (probably snacking or something quick while the kids are quiet or after they go to bed)
FRIDAY - Cheesy Garlic & Brown Sugar Pork Chops
SATURDAY - Leftovers
SUNDAY - Easter dinner at the In Laws (no cooking :-) )

Thursday: Bubble Up Pepperoni Pizza
Friday: Not sure yet. Maybe hot dogs, potato salad, & broccoli.
Tuesday: Shredded Chicken Burrito Bowls
Wednesday and Thursday: grilled Italian turkey sausage with sauteed peppers and onions, either sandwiches or with some rice
Friday: DH's birthday, so whatever he wants. Maybe out for fish and chips from the local firehouse, since they only do it during lent and we haven't gone at all this year.
