I can definitely see limiting the Frozen merchandise to an extent. But people want to buy stuff and literally can't find anything. There is already a huge market being such a popular movie. My kid wants frozen stuff for her bday and I can't find it anywhere. Sure if they would have stuff and it was a little hard to find that would increase the demand. But I can't find stuff at all. I'm left with making stuff myself and Disney loses out on my money.

Or crazy people spend 10x the price to buy stuff on eBay. Disney gets none of that extra money. The demand they created is not backed up with nearly enough supply so other people are profited. They would do better to mark up their own prices and get some stock out there.

  • How weird that jcp link now brings up loaf pans!
  • DD is so obsessed, she overheard my friend talking about frozen fish and totally piped up and yelled "Frozen, I love Frozen!"  I have learned to draw Olaf out of chalk on the driveway and we play the music in the car all the time.

I'm cracking up over this! They must have sold out of everything Olaf so loaf is the closet it can find!

Yeah I retried searching for Olaf on the website and got loaf too!

That stinks that it showed your store had it but they didn't!! Thank goodness the $500 Olaf is still in stock! I cannot believe disney wasted their time on those...and they seem to be in every JCP!

For those making Frozen parties, DD went to one where they made Olafs out of Marshmallows, Chocolate licorice, and orange tootsie rolls and a few other things. http://www.sheknows.com/food-and-recipes/articles/1023031/olaf-the-snowman-snacks  They were really cute. DD put hers in the fridge overnight because she didn't want Olaf to melt.
