It's Good Friday! What are you reading!
Re: It's Good Friday! What are you reading!
I'm reading Dreams of Gods and Monsters at home, and taking Rainbow Rowell's Attachments to work. I'm almost done with Panic (Rook & Ronin #3) on my kindle.
I've never been to England. It's on the bucket list, but there are several places ahead of it.

My read shelf:

I'm reading Night of Cake and Puppets, and have just started, but I'm enjoying that it's from Zuzana's perspective.
Also, I've been to London, just for a weekend and absolutely loved it. I was in Europe for a month when I was in HS and this was one of our stops. I would love to go back and spend some more time there.
My new bff Gayle Forman!

- Gayle Forman
"People talk about escapism as if it's a bad thing... Once you've escaped, once you come back, the world is not the same as when you left it. You come back to it with skills, weapons, knowledge you didn't have before. Then you are better equipped to deal with your current reality."
- Neil Gaiman

Yes, I've been to England, but I was only 12, so don't remember a whole lot. I remember some of the big touristy spots, but that's about it.
I've never been to England, but I hope to someday. I've been obsessed with the idea of traveling the countryside and visiting the rural churches since I first read D.H. Lawrence's The Rainbow.
