Alright - come clean - who watched along with me?

My thoughts:

1. I didn't realize she was 40 - and holy heck her face shows it.

2. Why isn't she doing therapy for herself?

3. Where is her family in all of this - I know things were strained over the years, but I thought things were getting better? And I would think they would want to help? (Maybe they are, and not being seen on the show...who knows?)

4. I feel for her, I really do. Reality is a tough dose of medicine.

I thought of more:

5. Dean has been in therapy almost 4 months when they started taping - that's longer that a lot of substance abuse programs. Whaaaat?!

6. The therapists and location are not going to be shared, but the paps obviously can figure it out, right?

7. I soooo feel for those kids.

I missed it. I'd like to say it's bc I didn't want to watch it, but really I just forgot it was on.

From the tabloid stories I have read (so take that as you will), it sounds like her friends and family were against her doing the show and don't support it at all. Hopefully they're still there behind the scenes. It is hard to watch someone you're close to ignore your advice and self destruct though.

Even if the kids are sheltered from this now (to some degree), can you imagine being able to go back and watch the demise of your parents' marriage years later? Hope the money from this show is being put away for the kids' therapy bills.

She should absolutely be in therapy - and should have been for a while - for herself.

Totally agree with you, Sara.

I was planing on watching Chicago Fire, but it was a repeat. If I hadn't been surfing channels, I would have totally forgotten it was on, too!

I've been a Tori fan for a long time, but I think this is taking the whole embracing fame thing too far.  Don't get me wrong, I really do feel for her and I think it's a terrible situation....but like Sarah said, the kids!! ugh, the kids.  It would be one thing if this was her and Dean and they wanted to air their dirty laundry on national television....but there are 4 other little people involved and that breaks my heart

That being said, I didn't watch the episode but of course i DVR'd it (I realize how hypocritical that is, that I'm criticizing her for doing the show, but here I am, about to watch)  in the interviews/articles I've read, he really comes across as a giant d-bag.

I do feel bad for her BUT he cheated with her on his ex-wife. I hate to say it but what the heck did she expect.

I didn't realize it was on last night, but I will probaby watch it even though I won't feel good about it! 

I think that there is no helping Dean.  He is clearly not a monogomous person.  He either needs to realize that marriage just isn't for him or he needs to find someone who is cool with an open relationship.

I don't watch her stuff but have to agree 100% with Kris.   She cheated & he cheated and she didn't think it would happen again?  And she had to have known he was a sex addict - she got pregnant 8 weeks after having a baby FCOL!!
