help me find socks for my 3 year old

This kid wears out socks like nobody's business.  I normally buy the girls socks at Old Navy or the Gap outlet, but she has completely worn out the bottoms of all her socks.  Even the ones I bought only a couple months ago.  I just bought at pack at kmart (athletic, ankle socks) that have a cushion foot bed.  Maybe that will make a difference?  They don't have grippers on the bottoms though, so I know she's going to be running full speed and falling through the kitchen.   Do you have a sock brand you love for your kids?

  • i think children's place socks hold up pretty well and have the name and size on the bottom which act like grippers.
  • I love Gymboree socks.  They have the grippers on the bottom and hold up better than anything else and Madeline is pretty rough on her socks too.

  • I was actually going to suggest K-Mart.  When I worked near one I would go there specifically for socks.  They were cheaper than anywhere else and seemed to hold up well.

We also have some Osh Kosh socks that were Buy 1 get 2 packs free.  Those are great and have grippers.
