TMI- Spotting before a period ?
My periods are always regular. Between the 3rd & 6th of the month. I have never had spotting before a period. About an hour ago I noticed a bit of reddish brown when I went to the bathroom. Not alot. What you would normally get at the very end of your period. Does anyone ever get spotting before a period? What the hell is my body doing? Should I be concerned? I don't have any cramps or anything normally associated with my period.
