Help with curtains

Hello! Hoping someone can help me out with some curtain advice. I would love to change out the curtains in my dining room; while I love them, I feel like they're too heavy and dark for the room, and I would love something light and "float-y". I'm really not sure what color to go with. Any advice?

I think you should buy some light color curtains, because your floor and dining area is quite dark.

Those curtains are pretty but I think you could go even lighter- something like this:

I think something with light color/material would really brighten up the room. If you don't want a pattern than plain, off-white curtains would look great too!

Hi there! You've got a great dining room set. And if I am reading your wall color correctly (dark green gray), then some sheer light yellow curtains would tie in with your hardwood furniture and wall color -

Lightly patterned sheers, as Jenna has suggested, would add texture to the room too! You can try ones with patterns that are in the same color as the fabric itself (watermark effect).
