If you have any changes to this list, wish to be removed, added, or have graduated (yay!), please shoot me a PM.
FYI: We don't want to exclude some ladies, but this is a check in for ladies who are unfortunately having trouble trying to conceive (TTTC=3T). If you've been trying for more than a year and/or have been diagnosed with any form of infertility OR are now pursuing adoption or have decided to remain childless following a 3T journey, you are welcome to join us.
Updates: Ok ladies... where are we at this week? Testing, Procedures, Appointments, Adoption updates, Life updates? What’s going on, etc. Let's hear all about it!
QOTW: Does 3T/IF affect your husband the same way as you? If so, how? If it affects him differently, how is he affected?

Re: 3T Check In
No update. I think AF is going to start today or tomorrow thanks to Provera. I'm still irritated that FF kept saying I Oed when I just had this sneaking suspicion that I never did. Blah.
QOTW: We both struggle with it. He gets just as upset as me, but he holds back sometimes just to be the strong one. I think I process it a little differently because it's ME that is broken and not him, but it still gets to him. I don't know. I hate thinking about it hurting him like it does me.
AW: I took a day of VC tomorrow so yay for that!
In Christ alone my hope is found. He is my LIGHT, my STRENGTH, and my SONG!
T-TTC since Dec 2008. PCOS/nonexistant cycles(anovulation) and endo. HSG in '10 revealed both tubes blocked. Lap surgery in Dec '10 to correct. Failed Clomid/IUI and injectable(Bravelle)/IUI cycles so far.
BFP 2: 7/7/2014 Beta 7/8: 115, Beta 7/12: 638, Beta 7/16: 3793, Beta 7/21: 21,625
Update: I started spotting a tiny bit today mixed with CM. The last time I spotted this early on after ovulation I ended up spotting for 12 days straight. I'm praying it goes away otherwise I am calling my RE and asking them. It's just not normal to spot like that...
QOTW: DH gets upset when AF comes and you can tell he is super disappointed but he will not let me in because he doesn't want me to get any more upset than I already am. Now that we are 3T and with an RE when AF shows I pretty have the "f*ck you, f*ck you, you're cool, f*ck you" mentality. Then I move on and go about my day. He just feels like talking about it non stop doesn't bring anything good into our relationship. We discuss what we need to discuss before and after dr visits or testing and that's it.
FFC: I keep saying I'm going to diet and work out more. I have been working out a lot more but I keep eating ice cream... It's spring!! What else am I supposed to do???
TTC 19 months ~Started RE in March 2014~
DH was not ready for IUI so we waited
~Started acupuncture in May 2014~
~~BFP 7/6/14~~~EDD 3/14/15~~It's a girl!!~~
QOTW: I think 3t affects my Dh more emotionally than it does me which makes me feel so guilty because I'm the one with the issues. He is much more sensitive than I am and seeing babies in public pulls at his heart strings while I won't even notice them or else I block them out without realizing I'm doing it. 3t makes me angry while it makes him sad, I think that's the best way to sum up our differences with it. I guess I'm using my anger as a defense to try to convince myself I don't care as much as I do whereas he just puts all his feelings out there.

After some communication challenges early on, I think we both know what the other needs to get through 3T. It sucks all around (I'm in a bit of a mood today- clearly).
Sending you all so much love and positive vibes!
QOTW: he is much more laid back about things. In the last two years, he's vocalized more of his hurt and angry feelings.

Update: Expecting AF soon. I have a whole bunch of forms to fill out for our home study. My wedding photographer offered to do pics for our profile at no charge!
QOTW: I have a hard time reading him when it comes to 3T. He is so focused on protecting me and helping me process that he rarely talks to me about it. I've tried to engage conversation about it, but he won't talk about it unless he wants to. For instance, today he had lunch with his friend (his wife is 2 weeks from EDD), and friend told DH how much his wife is complaining. DH said he knew it was normal stuff to complain about this late, but it pissed him off that his friend even told him as this guy knows about our 3T and loss. He thought it was insensitive (and it was). That's the kind of stuff he opens up about.
AW: Just got back from a few days in San Juan! It is so beautiful!!!!! We had a great time and drank lots of yummy margaritas! This was the view from one pool (I don't know why it's upside down, sorry).
