Bald spot on boxer (PIP)

This is my boxer. Any idea what is causing this bald spot? I've never noticed her scratching it.

I would take her to the vet as it could be one of many things, such as internal parasites.

Definitely take her to the vet. My guess would be an allergy, maybe to her food, but you never know.

We see a 2 year old boxer that has a form of alopecia. His owner keeps him on melatonin and he doesn't lose his hair. Definitely take him to the vet for a diagnosis and treatment soon.

I've seen this on boxers before, take him to the vet for a diganosis. 

my guess would be seasonal allergies...thats what it was in the boxers I've seen bofore...seasonal allergies causing hot-spots. I think my friend put vitamin E on the hot-spots (with guidance from their vet).  our pup has itchy-skin alergies, she gets Omega 3,6,9 oils added to her food, and a low dose of prednisone every-other-day. it helps.
