Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

appt. update
so I requested to not get checked today. I know it doesn't mean anything at this point and the midwife was totally fine with it.
when she was checking Bears hb with the doppler she said she could feel that I was having contractions...so I guess thats good. I certainly couldn't feel anything. not sure if I mentioned this to you girls but I did lose some of my mucus plug over the weekend and she said the baby is engaged. so all headed in the right direction!
I think next week I will get checked just to see if i'm making any progress at all.
overall everything went well! love my midwife:)

haha you and Janet will need to duke it out, hers is at the end of the month and she called dibs on sharing birthdays with the Bear.
although I would love for him to make an early appearance!
