Off Market!
Well, we had a pretty good weekend and I'm happy to report that our house is pending and off the market for now! We received 2 offers on Friday and one more on Saturday. Out of the two we received on Friday, one was a cash buyer that came in $5k under list price but the other offer was at full list price. Our realtor went back and negotiated with them and was able to get them to raise their offer to full list. They want to close by June 16th and with them being a cash buyer, the process will probably move pretty quickly.
I need good nestie vibes for the next 7 days to go by smoothly and for a good inspection. I'm worried about the inspector finding something wrong with our AC unit; it's original to the house but still works. Hopefully it will get done asap!
