As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Re: Weekly workouts
I'm excited about this week. I have energy again and healthy foods don't repulse me. I've kept up daily walks this whole time, but hoping to add some light weights this week. I'm looking for prenatal workout classes in my area, but haven't had much luck.
My diet is going to get back on track this week. I've been eating pretty a lot of foods that aren't good for my disorder. Mostly because I've been too exhausted to cook. Things are looking up this week and I'm excited.
