Friday : Philly cheesesteak stuffed green peppers

Tuesday:  blackened fish on mixed greens

Wednesday:  Korean pork with ginger green beans

Thursday:  Pizza

Friday:  Roasted garlic and tomato soup with grilled cheese

Saturday:  chicken salad on mixed greens

Sunday: crockpot tortilla soup

MONDAY: picnic at a friends house! Burgers, dogs, salad and dessert

TUESDAY: Memorial Day leftovers

WEDNESDAY: Penne with asparagus and cherry tomatoes

THURSDAY: Green apple, candied walnut and cranberry salad

FRIDAY: Taco-Roni

I am not home much this week so it is slim pickings at my house.  

I made a steak and asparagus stir fry monday.  

Tuesday I have kick boxing class so I won't cook

Wednesday I have book club so I won't cook

Thursday I am going to make tortellini with snap peas and a raddichio ceasar salad

and Friday I leave for NYC

Monday - Grilled portobellos with a corn salsa salad

Tuesday - Crockpot Honey Sesame Chicken with stir fry veggies over quinoa

Wednesday - Grilled chicken and carne asada over salad

Thursday - Turkey burgers, corn and salad

Friday - We're going to an event at DH's school.. probably Mexican food, I think that's what they're serving.

Thurs- Pork Chops, greek pasta salad, some kind of veggie

Fri- burgers

Sat- Not sure

Monday: Burgers and fixins.
Tuesday: Creamy spinach and tomato tortellini and garlic bread
Wednesday: Wino Wednesday, so out
Thursday: Salsa chicken tacos and rice
Friday: probably burgers again

Mon: Cheeseburgers, grilled BBQ chicken, sweet potato fries, corn on the cob, baked beans

Tues: Brown sugar and soy salmon with broccoli

Wed: Lemon pepper chicken, mashed sweet/russet potatoes, green beans

Thurs: Probably spaghetti since it's my sister's favorite and she'll be visiting

Fri: Depends on whether or not I have a meeting that evening or not. Either fend for yourself or something with chicken.

I had a lot of adjusting to last week's schedule that bumped a lot to this week.
