Is there a song that makes you reminisce about when you and DH first got together?

"Pittsburgh" by We Are Scientists. The band played at a street fair we went to on one of our first dates. I had never heard of them before, now they're one of my all-time favorite bands. But they played "Pittsburgh" during their set and it was actually the first song H and I ever danced to.

As much as I love the song and as significant as it is to me, I couldn't use it in the wedding at all because the lyrics are blatantly about sex. Whoops. :P

There's a few. Pretty sure there all country.

8 second ride - Jake Owens because it was H's ring tone when we first started dating.

Hip to my heart - band Perry because it was my ring tone for H

Little more country than that - Easton Corbin because I used to say it was about H.

Whatever it is - Zack brown band because it was the first song on my road trip Playlist. I played/sing it whenever we left to go somewhere.

"Lights" by Journey. Around the time that I met H, I was still in my freshman year of college and I already felt like a social weirdo since most of my friends in high school liked more top 40 hits. I was into a little of everything--with bands like Journey and REO Speedwagon being near the top of my favorites list at the time.
I went to a concert on campus with him and while we were waiting in line, his phone rang. His ringtone was the song Lights. If I didn't already have a bit of a crush on him before, that may have sealed the deal for me.

H said "Fix You" by Coldplay reminded him of me.  I reminisce when I hear Aerosmith's "Don't wanna miss a thing" because it was the first song we danced to together (at a wedding).

Pretty much any Flogging Molly song. Our first "date" was to a Flogging Molly concert after his friend couldn't make it and DH asked me to go with him instead.

"Everytime We Touch" by Cascada

Both of those were from when we first started dating in college and we both liked the songs and they were "our" songs.

"Day - O" the Banana Boat song, just because we sing this together frequently when we're feeling silly around the house.

Meet me Halfway by the Blackeyed Peas.  It was super popular when we started dating.  DH played volleyball 2 nights a week at a bar called Borderline (On the border of MN and WI.) It would always come on as I was driving to the bar to watch him play, just made me laugh because the lyrics say, "Right at the borderline is where I'm going to wait for you."

I think Christmas music.  We started dating at Christmas time and our first few dates included see the NYC lights and store windows.

All Summer Long by Kid Rock.  The line "it was summertime in Northern Michigan" hit home since I took him home that summer to meet my friends and family

"Dancin' in the Moonlight" because...we had broken up and the night we decided to get back together he took me to this lake and, we started dancing in the moonlight, and I started humming the song...so it was our first dance at our wedding!!!
