anyone ever hear of Plexus Slim?

A facebook friend of mine posted about it recently. it's an all natural supplement that was originally designed to help with diabetics- i guess it's an appetite suppressant as well as it regulates blood pressure and cholesterol? But it supposedly helps people lose inches, feel fuller longer, and have more energy. I wondered if any of you have tried it or personally know someone who has. I'm about to re-start my gym membership (after moving) and was thinking this might be a nice boost. I couldn't find any negative reviews in my quick googling the other night, but I didn't look much.

I'm not sure how this community feels about Advocare, but I have had a lot of success on their 24 day challenge. What I like about Advocare is that it encouraged you to eat smaller portions, every 2-3 hours of fresh fruit, vegetables and protein! I really like the Spark drink that Advocare also sells. It helps when you feel tired mid-day and has b12 and b6 in it as well.
