Wow, can't believe it's June already tomorrow!

Sun- Egg, potato and cheese breakfast bake (carried over)

Mon- Pancit canton

Tues- Burrito bowls

Wed- Spinach and zucchini stromboli

Thurs- Southwest eggrolls (carried over)

Fri- Veggie quesadillas

Sat- Pizza quinoa casserole

Sun- Parmesean pork chops with wild rice
Monday-Crispy Onion chicken with sesame noodles and peas/carrots
Tuesday-Homemade pizza
Wed- Broccoli and Shrimp pasta

My baby brother is getting married!!
Thurs- Rehearsal dinner
Friday- wedding
Sat- bbq at my parents

H has been away for work since Friday and doesn't return until Thursday night.  I've been eating with my parents all weekend.  My plan for the next 4 days is left over brisket and tuna sandwiches.  Friday I am cooking for our housewarming party on Saturday.  I was just TOLD today that I would be having dinner out Friday with my aunt and grandfather… which is awesome since I have sooooooo much time Friday (do you sense the sarcasm).  

Sunday is… who the freak knows.  My in laws are staying in town at a hotel for the weekend.  Since I'd be busy hosting a party for 50 people Saturday, we suggested that we all sleep in and they could come to our house for brunch Sunday.  But today I was also TOLD that they would be seeing friends for an early lunch, so they'd be arriving at my house early Sunday morning for breakfast.  I'm soooooo excited (sarcasm again)

Sat: we were supposed to have a family party to celebrate my GPs 90th bday, but he ended up in the hospital. He's fine now and at home and I ended up going out with my Mom and brother. 

Sun: we went to Martha's Vineyard for the day to celebrate BIL's bday

Mon: deep dish pizza casserole w/ salad

Tues: might be going out, if not buffalo turkey burgers w/ sweet potato wedges

Wed: if I go out the bugers/wedges, if not Greek shrimp scampi

Thurs: Asian peanut noodles w/ chicken

Fri: heading out of town for a wedding Saturday
