Weekend lows

Highs- seeing my family, the weather, getting away for a few days.

Lows- M at the wedding reception. The venue was on the water, and half inside, half outside. That meant that Greg and I spent the entire night chasing M around because he wanted to run around outside with the big kids. No big deal, except it was dark as hell and the area was huge. We ended up leaving wayyy early. M was also exhausted from Friday night so on Saturday he was miserable and there was no way I was sending my aunt home with that mess. We also spend a ridiculous amount of money on the hotel, clothes, food/drink which is something I didn't want to do because our vacation is in 2 weeks.

Highs - We had a wonderful weekend! T loved strawberry picking. Then Saturday night we went to a bbq at a friends' house. They have a daughter 6 days younger than T so he had a blast running around with her and all of the other big kids.

Lows - Sunday was my day to sleep in and I was woken up at 6 am to a screaming Shawn and a screaming and bloody T. Apparently, T fell and smacked his face on a plastic 5lb weight and was bleeding from his mouth. I couldn't tell where the blood was coming from and I wanted to make sure it wasn't his teeth so we took him to the Middletown ER. Turns out, he just bit his tongue pretty good and that's what was bleeding. It stopped by the time we saw a doctor and he's fine. Nothing a $100 ER bill and a DD munchkin couldn't fix. Then Sunday afternoon, H let the dog out in the front yard (which I don't know why he did that. It isn't like that dog listens!) and our neighbor almost ran him over. I'm talking like 6 inches from tire to dog. I was furious at H.

Highs: L's party was a blast. She was dressed like a princess and so were her friends. The weather was perfect!

Lows: While we were Happy Birthday Lil was being shy and didn't really know how to react (because she's 3) and so she was acting silly and such. My MIL goes "Stop Lillian. Just Chill, girl." And not in a nice, kidding voice..but a mean, disciplining voice. PLEASE BITCH- do NOT reprimand MY child while I'm holding her and singing for her birthday. What the F is wrong with you. I was SO rude to her the rest of the day and I'm so ready to smack a b.

Highs - my house is cleaner. My mom came and helped me. Now we can rearrange some of the furniture and get the nursery cleared out. I slept a lot... And I'm pretty sure my belly doubled over night.

Lows - mom and dad have been fighting and I end up being in the middle. They both talk to me and I feel like I'm raising 2 teenagers. Oh and my sister got fired from her job for calling out too much. I think my mom helping her out is pissing my dad off and causing it all.

Highs...It was an overall good weekend, but my favorite part was when I told M that I loved her she replied with "Love you too so much". Melted my heart.

Lows...I feel like it was over too quick.

You guys had some crappy lows this weekend. I'm sorry!!

Highs - MEETING BEAR!!!  AHHHHHH!!!  I love him so much already!  And the weekend was pretty kick-butt overall.  Friends, beach, music, adult beverages, outlet shopping...I was in heaven.

Lows - There was a tinsy bit of drama involving our 2 friends who date while we were at the beach, so that wasn't ideal.  And I somehow ended up developing the worst zit I've ever had in my life.  I feel disfigured :-(

Highs: ILS came over and MIL wasn't super annoying like I was expecting her to be.

Lows: I had a pretty low key weekend, so there weren't really any lows!
