*~*Getting Healthy Check-In*~*
I'm starting, or rather restarting, this thread because I think it's pretty useful and relevant for a lot of ladies on GP. Whether you are really into fitness or really AREN'T and need lots of motivation, this thread will be where we can commisserate and provide support and can celebrate your successes!
1) What are your fitness goals?
2) How has your progress been this week?
3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)?
4) Best part of your week?
5) Worst part of your week?
QOTW: How do you celebrate your scale or non-scale victories?

TTC Since January 2011 - We have bad sperm2) How has your progress been this week? Decent. I'm still slacking on the exercise portion.
3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Track my food on My Fitness Pal. Doing cardio a few times a week.
4) Best part of your week? Finally hit the 10 lbs loss mark!
5) Worst part of your week? I had a coke on Saturday for the first time in forever and my tummy wasn't happy about that at all.
QOTW: How do you celebrate your scale or non-scale victories? I have a list of things that I reward myself with once I hit different weights. The list includes a hiking weekend at a state park, a new purse, haircut/highlights, etc. Once I hit my goal of 86 lbs, I am going to do a couple's photo shoot with DH.
Currently on Metformin and Synthroid
EDD: 6.15.15
2) How has your progress been this week? Good. I've been loving the Body by Vi.
3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Body by Vi and exercising.
4) Best part of your week? Seeing continued weight loss!
5) Worst part of your week? I overindulged a bit for my birthday dinner but it was delicious and I left my guilt at the gym!

2) How has your progress been this week? I was doing really well but I ate crap so it did nothing for me.

4) Best part of your week? I have nothing I'm proud of.
5) Worst part of your week? Finding out I didn't lose a single lb and noticing how awful my summer clothes look on me.

Cinnabun and Junebug say, "Go Wildcats!"

Getting fit for IVF!
General health, but more so feeling good if that makes sense. I've abandoned scales because I hate them. I swear they all lie. I try to workout 3-5x/wk. 20-30 minutes.
2) How has your progress been this week?
If 3-5x is my goal...1x isn't so good. But it was a solid workout today.
3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Eat only until full. Trying to start with a smaller portion. Can always get more. Seems easy to do, but isn't.
My workout is all body weight exercises and a little running. I like to use an app called Random WOD. Designed for crossfitters but you can change the settings for what ever you'd like.
4) Best part of your week?
Getting back into working out today after a month hiatus.
5) Worst part of your week?
None workout related: Getting the voicemail my wife left me after she hurt her knee. The pain was intense for her and knowing it was a voicemail and that I had missed her when she needed me sucked.
QOTW: How do you celebrate your scale or non-scale victories?
If I can...a nap. Usually using my dog as a pillow. I used to buy new workout equipment. Kettlebells, etc but the novelty always wears off. Kettlebell workouts are no joke btw.
