Need some good thoughts!

We've been informed that our townhouse that we are renting, is going to be put up for sale soon, so we need to find another place to live. We knew it would be happening but were dragging our feet on actually buying somewhere because we were waiting on my credit to get better. I made some not great financial decisions in the past and I'm in the process of recovering. Last July my credit score was a good amount below 600 and they wanted it around 620 before considering us for a mortgage. Unfortunately, I make most of the money and DH had the good score.

Well now that we need to move, we looked into my credit again and I'm where I need to be! I've done really well and I'm pretty proud! We've been pre-qualified for the mortgage and have started looking at houses. We actually put an offer in on one last week that was declined and just sent in a new offer this morning for another house! So we could use some good thoughts that our offer is approved and we get the house! It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ranch and there is actually the option of a 4th bedroom. The outside look of the house doesn't look like much, but the inside has been almost completely redone and they have done some really great things.

We should hear back in the next day or so. We basically put in a full price offer because of where we live and our price range, we have to be aggressive. There is almost nothing in our town for less than $275,000 that doesn't need a significant amount of work.
