Best moment this week was spending the week at the beach with mah bestie. Worst part of the week was leaving my bestie, knowing it will likely be another year before we see each other in person again.
I only gained 3 pounds on vacation and I consider that a win, considering the diet that I maintained. My goal is to drink water, water, water....and only eat clean foods. Bye, bye bloat!

I am most insecure about my belly and thighs. They are my biggest part and I hate that that are jiggly. I also hate my knees. They are fatty. Not bony.
I love my waist the most. Probably because I get the most compliments on my tiny little hour glass figure.

Fitness goals: My goal is to firm up my body and run a 5k
My progress this last week was not good. I had my period and I was miserable from it. It usually isn't so bad, but this cycle knocked me on my ass.
My plan is food tracking, c25k, planks, lunges, squats and push ups.
Best part of week: h and I went on a date Friday and we had $100 in gc, so it was a free date!
Worst part of week: I felt truly miserable last week.
Qotw: I honestly don't know. My stomach used to be flat and now it's not and I'm really self conscious about it.

TTC Since January 2011 - We have bad sperm1) What are your fitness goals? Lose 15 lbs, tone and gain some more muscle.
TTC 19 months ~Started RE in March 2014~
DH was not ready for IUI so we waited
~Started acupuncture in May 2014~
~~BFP 7/6/14~~~EDD 3/14/15~~It's a girl!!~~
2) How has your progress been this week? Pretty good! I'm down another lb which is huge. I'm no longer actively trying to lose weight right now due to IUI, but still trying to eat healthy.
3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Clean eating (eating packaged foods with no more than 5 ingredients or only contain whole foods). Walking daily with a little bit if strength training and Zumba (low impact).
4) Best part of your week? Seeing "abs" in the mirror. Not going to lie. I totally took a bathroom selfie of it!
5) Worst part of your week? Going to pf changs and eating the Great Wall of chocolate (at least it was over the course of 3 days).
QOTW: What body part are you most insecure about and why? What body part/body feature do you like the most and why? My stomach and thighs because they are on the larger size. I will never have "white girl" legs and I need to be cool with that! I know this is strange, but my collarbone. I don't know why, but I love the way it looks. I also have cute ears, hands, and feet (little and petite).
