Back story, I used to weigh 255 pounds two years ago and now am down at 170. I still have more to go, it's been a few months since I dropped a pound.
My husband and I have been doing a lot of biking. We ride our bikes to the grocery store every week at a minimum. Last week we went to a camping gathering and there was a lot of walking up and down steep hills. Didn't look in a mirror for the whole week. When we got back home on Monday I looked in the mirror and noticed my legs.
Definition! Holy crap!
My calf muscles are well defined and I'm starting to see definition in my thigh muscles.
So yeah, I can't stop staring at my legs.
“Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?"
"That depends a good deal on where you want to get to."
"I don't much care where –"
"Then it doesn't matter which way you go.”
