What's going on this weekend?

Today I have a half-day (Memorial Day through Labor Day we get half-days on Friday...it's awesome!) so I'll be running some errands and stopping by the brewery where my dad works for a couple of growlers.  Then maybe shopping for something to wear to one of Chad's colleague's wedding tomorrow.  I don't know her too well, and the serial killer vibe is strong with her fiance (for real, I just want to ask him two questions: "Have you ever killed a woman?" and "How many women have you killed?") BUT they are getting married at this really cool building in Indy, Scottish Rite Cathedral.  

It's not actually a church, it's some kind of weird Mason thing, but the architecture and detailing inside is so cool.  Also the bride's mom is the federal trustee for the Southern District of IN's bankruptcy court (Federal court here in Indy), so I've actually appeared in court in front of the mother of the bride!  I hope she gets good and drunk.

Sunday will be probably just relaxing!

Today: cleaning the house and weeding all the gardens before H gets home from his week long course

Saturday: probably just relaxing. I doubt H will want to do any yard work

Sunday: church in the morning and shooting an engagement session in the evening.

My parents are going on vacation so my sister and I will have to take care of the farm while they are gone.  Which means I'll have to drive over there 3 times a day.  Luckily it's not too far.

Tomorrow getting my hair done and then DH's 10 year hs reunion.  I'm pretty excited for it, he graduated with a lot of my friends.  I just have no idea what to wear.

Sunday, hopefully the weather is nice and we can start painting the outside of the house!  Then True Blood!

We have a pretty low key weekend planned. A few chores around the house, errands, and lots of relaxing : )

Today, just working and probably relaxing at home.

Tomorrow, we have meetings set up with 3 builders and 1 pool company.  So excited!!  We met with one of the builders last night and it went really well, so I'm anxious to get his assessment of the lot we are leaning towards.

Sunday, we want to do something fun with the kids but don't know what just yet.

Tonight- nothing exciting

Tomorrow- we have a joint 3yr/4yr old birthday party to go to! I have to pick up my nephew and then head over bc my sister and brother in law are going to the Mummies concert at Mohegan Sun for his birthday and will not be around.

Sunday- hopefully car shopping. I am waiting to get the check in the mail from the car insurance. If we are friends on FB, i posted a pic of the car H was driving when he hit a deer and they have totalled it out. Im glad he is ok, but annoyed bc we just finished paying it off. The rental is only good for 30 days so we need to start looking. Maybe we will go Saturday after the party, i guess that depends on if H has to work or not.

Friday - it's picnic day! To up morale we don't have to work 4 hours to get 4 hours for the picnic... Which mean I didn't have to go in until 9! Oh happy day! I have to participate or support my cws who are... So I have my chair ready to watch my student run a 5k lol. I'll read. Then we eat, then I leave. I plan to nap then go to my parents to walk with mom in the survivors lap for relay for life.

Saturday - clean. I've been doing really good taking one room at a time. I love Jeff but he's made a mess of my organization while I was off in pregnancy land. And everything just needs a good scrub down.

Sunday - probably groceries and parents house. The normal Sunday.

Today -  right now I'm fully participating in a date with my Kindle and my bed. It's been so nice and relaxing! I got up around 6:30 when H left for work and couldn't get back to sleep, so I started a new book and I'm almost done. haha. I have to take my car to get the oil changed at 3. No clue what we're up to tonight.

Tomorrow - we get to head to Nashville to see my parents! I'm excited. The cat we've had for 17 years died on Wednesday. My mom's doing okay now that she's buried her and planted some flowers on her grave, but I've been dying to get up there and give her a hug. I know it's what she needs. We're also going to Cheekwood (some art & botanical gardens) because I haven't been in forever, H has never been, and it's free for teachers tomorrow! 

Sunday - We're having a family get together at my aunt & uncle's house. My grandfather and his wife will be there, some cousins we don't see often, my brother and his gf. I'm excited! Then we'll head home and like @goatlady12, watch True Blood!!

I forgot about True Blood!  We will definitely tune in for that!!

Sorry to hear about your family cat @xxjen015.  It's always hard loosing a pet, especially when they've been around that long. ((hugs))

Tonight we're measuring the area where we'll be putting a gravel patio area. Having dinner. And hopefully picking a date and ordering invitations for my 30th birthday party end of next month/beginning of August.

Tomorrow is buying the gravel and making the patio. Also, general yard work (mowing the lawn, weed wacking, gardening, etc). Hoping we can have a fire tomorrow night. If I'm awake enough!

Sunday is finishing anything we didn't do Saturday, groceries, laundry, and possibly shopping for a couple birthday gifts and new bras for my slowly growing little boobies.

Tonight - hopefully organizing more of the millions of baby things we have around the house and finally finishing up the crib

Tomorrow - dropping the dog off for grooming (his nails are too long and my sensitive nose thinks he smells like a dog lol). While dog is there we have dr appts (foot and eyes) trying to get stuff done and taken care of before baby D arrives! Running to a few stores as well. Then home to do more organizing !

Sunday - I have my sister in laws baby shower are my inlaws house. H will be happy to get me out of the house!

Trying to do all this will horribly swollen feet!!! I seriously think they may pop!!

This evening, we had dinner with my family to celebrate my birthday.  After work (sorry for being out of sequence), SIL and I got pedicures.  It was my birthday present from them.  It was amazing and so necessary. 

Tomorrow, we're going to a friend's son's first birthday.  I am so excited.  This year has flown by.  After the party I am resting for the rest of the day/night.

Sunday morning I'm supposed to have breakfast with a friend.  She's really flaky so I don't think it will happen.  Sunday afternoon we're going to H's cousin's house to celebrate his grandparent's I think 65th anniversary.  I'm excited to celebrate but I am not excited for the hour and a half drive each way.  MIL tried to host to make it easier for me, but the cousin refused.  At least it's deep in NJ and we'll get really cheap gas

Last night, we went out and did some running. Got some new clothes for vacation, a couple outfits for the niece for her "birthday", and some mouse treats.

No idea what is going on for today and tomorrow. It looks very gloomy outside.
