Dear Joy,

Don't you know better than to send me to the grocery story?

You sent me to the store for green onions and garlic ($1.59).

I came back $16.96 later after adding a cake, 2 packages of Chips Ahoy cookies (buy one get one), and a package of the Recees Oreos (finally found them!).

At least the MVP card got me $5 off...otherwise it would have been $22... :P

I can't send Anthony to the store. He can never find anything even though he grew up in this town and has been shopping here forever.

The b1g1 free sale on cookies is why I came home with them the last time I went shopping.

I used to go shopping all the time.  It's funny, when Joy and I went to Thailand the first time together, she wanted to cook me 2 weeks worth of lunch/dinner since I was coming home before she did.  I told her not to worry, I could take care of myself.

We'd eaten the house dry before we left so there was nothing left to spoil.  I went to the store, walked in, and realized I hadn't gone shopping by myself in over a year and was like "crap, now what?"  It all comes back to you though or at least it did me.

I so shouldn't have gotten the cake.

Well, I only got the vegetables because that's what Joy sent me in for.

That said, I'm sorta regretting the cake and cookies now.
