Another call for nestie vibes! *update*
Ok, so need positive vibes yet again!! Hopefully this will be the last time!
We have found another lot that I'm falling more and more in love with (didn't know that would be possible!) and we've put in a verbal offer with the sellers agent. We've gone back and forth a couple of times and they rejected our initial offers. It was much lower then their asking price, so we kind of expected it. I've given the agent a new offer price and she feels confident they will accept it, since the lot next to it just sold for around that price and it's just a tad bigger. The lot has also been listed for over 800 days, so the seller would have to be really stupid to reject our new offer.
Other than being worried about them accepting the offer, we're worried about some missing info. There is no survey on the lot so we don't know the exact dimensions yet. The builder told us its usually from one water meter to the next, so based off that we think it will work for us. We also don't know what the build lines are (each lot has restrictions on where you can build within) and our builder would also have to get approved by the HOA. I'm really hoping our builder can build there because we are set on working with him.
This lot has an amazing view! I mean, this view will increase our property value tremendously over the next couple of years so it's a great investment. The lake is actually really low right now, so if it returns to normal levels, it will be even prettier (ie: even higher value). Sorry this turned out to be so long! You deserve a cookie if you made it through the whole thing!!
