Dear Community,

Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

  • LOVING my new bike, it's such a fun workout.  I am sore everywhere and tired, but in a good way.

  • I haven't "worked out" but, my parents were out of town so I was completely caring for the animals.  That is what my sister would let me do, so no heavy lifting.  Definitely kicked my butt.

    This week I'm hoping to work out a couple days.  Still taking my daily walks.  Tonight I'm vegging out and watching the true blood episode I missed on Sunday.

  • I'm hoping to be cleared to workout again today. I have been doing 2 mile walks 3-4 times a week.

  • H and I toured lots all weekend, which required a good amount of hiking.  Yesterday, we went on a walk around the neighborhood which was nice.  We wanted to go to the gym, but got home too late.
