Today, I had an eye dr. appointment to follow up on my crappy cornea condition. Basically, I've been on steroid eye drops and haven't been able to wear contacts for over a year. I wasn't very optimistic about this appointment because usually it's the same story...my eyes are better but not better enough. Well, today, they finally told me that I can stop the steroid eye drop and just use artificial tears. AND they're letting me wear contacts on a very limited basis (for working out, special occasions, etc). This is so exciting! I know that full time contact wear will never be an option, but I'd like to workout without my glasses sliding down my sweaty nose and I'd love to wear contacts when I'm a BM in my BFF's wedding. I have my contact appointment later this month!
Then, I came home to find that my Birchbox order had arrived. They actually upgraded my order...for free!!! They sent me the larger size of the sunscreen that I ordered for the price of the cheaper/smaller size! It's the little things in life ; )
Now, if someone would offer me a job....haha!
