Car Seats

I am finally looking to get convertible seats for my little guy. He is still in his infant seat (he is small and hasn't met the 30 pounds/30 inches of his Keyfit 30 yet, but hauling that thing around is becoming cumbersome).  We have an 04 Accord (which he is in most of the time) and a 94 Accord (He isn't in that car much, but it will make life easier when DH has the newer Accord and I need to run errands and that's the only car around.  The car doesn't have latch and doesn't have side curtain airbags).  I'm not sure if I need to spend a ton of money for the 94 Accord, but I don't mind spending a ton of money if it means little guy's safety.  I'm thinking either a Chicco Nextfit or a Britax Pavilion.  I am certainly open to other suggestions, and we don't mind buying a seat for each car (I can see DH complaining already when he has to move the seat from one car to the other).  TIA!

We bought a car seat for each car because we share the daycare drop off and pick up duties.  Originally we had an Evenflo Triumph in each car, but when I had my car accident back in February, I decided to upgrade since insurance covered it.  I got a Britax Boulevard.  I love it so much better.  He has noticeably more head and neck support when he falls asleep than the Evenflo.  We still use the Evenflo in my H's car but we use my car so much more that it isn't a problem.

we have the Britax Pavillion (the cow print!). I love them. They're so easy to use. I stalked Amazon lightening deals like it was my job and waited for them to go on sale (but I also needed 2 no matter what so I wanted to spend as little as I could while still getting what I wanted).

I also am stalking the cow print!  DH looked at me like I was nuts when I showed it to him.

HA. My DH was like..you can't be serious with this cow print. Uh, yes. I'm very serious. I've had multiple people comment on how fun they are!

We have two Evenflos. I don't know the names but they were both under 80 bucks, I believe, and I really like them. They are not very cumbersome which may be a better fit for the small car. The Britax are really nice but they are pretty bulky.

Thanks ladies!  I think I am leaning towards a Pavilion and a Nextfit.
