Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

  • I spent 1 1/2 hours playing on inflatables this morning. It was great for my body, but not so much for my headache. :(

     

  • I got some good runs in last week and did some cardio/weight stuff at home.  I've recently made some adjustments to my diet, though, and ended up not having enough energy this weekend to workout because of it.  First I was struggling in the morning and was fine by the afternoon, but it got worse.  Like, I was DJ Tanner in that episode when she was anorexic for a minute and passed out on the stair climber.  I've changed some things up, but I'm still a little nervous to push it like I usually.
