Yes, my local ones and the crazy one from where we used to live.

    News/internet

    Domestic, weather, A&E
  • 1) We get the WSJ and our local paper delivered, but I don't read them daily. My husband does, though.

    2) Mostly online.

    3) Domestic, Politics, A&E and Sports. But the political stuff makes me stabby, so I can't always pay attention to it.

  • 1) Our local paper on the weekends

    2) TV news, internet

    3) Domestic, Political, A&E, Weather.  Sometimes foreign, but it tends to depress me when it's all about fighting between factions.

  • No. I used to read our local paper until we moved away. We're back now but they have a better website.

Mainly apps on my phone for local and national news. Internet too.

Mainly weather and local happenings/events. The news always makes me sad.

  • No.

I get Google Alerts for news articles that have certain keywords associated with work.  Other news comes from kind of watching the morning news while getting ready, radio, and internet.

Science and environment mostly, some politics.  I look up traffic and weather regularly, husband tells me all about sports so I don't need to follow anything to be an expert ;)  I get a warm fuzzy whenever I happen to scoop him on any details, but I usually don't bother.

    1) Do you read the Newspaper? Which ones?  No.

    2) What is your primary source for news/current events?  You guys, Yahoo, CNN, Twitter, FB

    3) What news type do you generally follow? Foreign, Domestic, Political, A&E, Sports, traffic and weather, etc...  Whatever catches my fancy but mostly sports.  It's the one thing I can read news wise without getting angry/frustrated/depressed.

    1) Do you read the Newspaper? Which ones? very rarely

    2) What is your primary source for news/current events? I get most of my news from my Facebook and Twitter feeds. Other than that NPR when I'm not listening to audiobooks or conference recordings

    3) What news type do you generally follow? Foreign, Domestic, Political, A&E, Sports, traffic and weather, etc... politics around election time or when there is controversy over a topic I really care about, a bit of arts and entertainment

  • 1) Do you read the Newspaper? Which ones?  Not really.  I've got the Roanoke paper and the county paper bookmarked and I'll check them periodically, but only if their FB newsfeed indicates a story I am interested in (or I know I'm going to be in it.   :\">  )

    2) What is your primary source for news/current events?  DH.  He is a newshound.  We watch PBS NewsHour, he likes Al Jazeera news, plus the local 10pm broadcast.

    3) What news type do you generally follow? Foreign, Domestic, Political, A&E, Sports, traffic and weather, etc... All but sports. I don't give a fig newton about sports.

  • 1) My work compiles a listing if articles from local and national papers so I read the newsfeeds.

    2) NPR and the newsfeed emails

    3) Whatever is on NPR. I like it all but I fade in and out a lot when it's predominantly foreign news. I hate depressing stuff and 75% of the time, it is not happy.
