Upromise?

Anyone have any experience with Upromise?  I have typically made all our purchases through an airline/hotel chain portal, and since we've amassed enough miles and points for travel in 2014 and 2015, I'm thinking about switching over to Upromise for purchases outside the ones that will net big travel point/mile bonuses.  Anything earned would go toward my Sallie Mae financed student loan, which we are slated to have paid off by the end of 2015 (at the very latest).  I'm not interested in cash back or education savings for future children.  Thoughts?

We have an account, but not the CC. It doesn't make much of a difference since we're not big online shoppers, but certainly can't hurt!

I've looked into it, but it's not the best return we can get.  That said, if you aren't interested in cash back (why not?) then I guess it might be good for you...

Of course, if you're only talking about another 16-18 months of student loan payments, the benefits are likely to be minimal.

I use it for all our online shopping, which is a lot, for participating online retailers. I think I started it in 2010 after DS was born. So far, we have probably earned about $200 total. It's a brainless way to get free money for shopping I do anyway.
