  • Mehhhhh.  My dad is working on my bike so I can't use it until Thursday, and after work I have had tons of errands to run.

    I so want to be the type of person who gets up early and works out, but honestly this is what I'm more like in the morning

    But today's a new day, right?  I'm trying to not let myself think, "Oh, well I didn't workout Monday or Tuesday so this week is shot."  It's only Wednesday so hopefully I can salvage the week.

    @mrshall how are your workouts going?  I was telling DH about your figure competition plans as he was grabbing shredded cheese out of the bag and eating it with his hands like a raccoon.

  • Last week was good! I got in 4 30 DS workouts. My back was hurting over the weekend, so I didn't get to do any yoga.

    This week so far:
    Mon - long walk
    Tues - 30 DS
    Wed - Rest

    Plan for the rest of the week:
    Thurs - 30 DS
    Fri - 30 DS
    Sat or Sun - Yoga

  • @ramstein1027 I am the same way in the morning.  I have to shower at night because if I had to do it in the morning it would never happen.
  • I got two longish walks in over the weekend. I plan on 3+ mile walks at least twice more this week.

  • @ramstein1027 That's hilarious!  Sean does the same thing, which makes me want to punch him in the face because I'm jealous!

    The air ducts in my parents house really need to be worked on.  For some reason, our bedroom gets incredibly cold, like 50 degrees cold.  So yesterday I woke up with a sore throat and now I'm sneezing and congested.  I'm loading up on meds because I really don't want to miss anymore workouts.  I missed yesterday and really don't want to miss tonight.

    Since I missed yesterday, I'll have to workout today, tomorrow Friday and Saturday with Sunday being my off day.  I check in with my coach and weigh in every Friday.  I gained a lb last week and I'm hoping it's because of muscle gain.  It's expected but I was pretty disappointed.  I'm really hoping there's a loss this week.

  • meh! summer is hard bc driving all the way to the gym to put the baby in daycare there is annoying!
    i bought the 21 day fix and it has helped since the workouts are no more than 30 min which gives me plenty of time to work out and then shower during nap time. Every weekend ive been away so I havent had time to meet up with my trainer which sucks bc as much as I dont need him, its nice to have someone to just tell me what to do, its my hour to not have to think too much when my brain is constantly going 24/7.
    I've been concentrating mostly on diet since exercising is hard. I will say that at the beach my sister and I did bring the 21 day fix with us and did that for 2 days and then ran 2 days, we also kept each other accountable as far as food so it was nice to come back and not have gained any weight.
    I'm hoping that as soon as I get back from Disney to get back into my routine since Ill be heading back to work for the school year=(

  • Ugh, I'm still sick.  :((  So, haven't worked out since Monday.  I really wanted to see a drop on the scale this week, but not too hopeful now.  So pissed!

  • It's been a bad week. Closest thing to exercise for me was running a test earlier at work. (Involves me shaking funnels of liquid) And the fact that I've made it a habit to park and walk to my allergist appointment
