Friend's boyfriend problems --- he's gotten abusive
Long story short: My friend is now dating somebody who was fresh out of an engagement.
From the start I told her it wasn't a good idea, just for the fact he's recently broken up with somebody.
I got a call at about 11 am --- it's her, crying profusely at the end of the line. She's been hearing his nasty comments and sarcastic remarks for close to a month and when she told him she no longer wanted to see him, it got out of hand. Afer she ended the phone call to him, he came over to her house -- he lives a few blocks away --- and he tried to block her vehicle as she was leaving her driveway; somehow she got out of the driveway and she came here. He was banging on the window of her car while she was in the vehicle in the hopes of either stopping her or to get her to come out of that car.
ETA: she just called --- he called her over a dozen times, begging her to pick up the phone. I told her to block his number -- it's a matter of dialing *80 and then following the prompts.
She left here over an hour ago --- she lives 20 minutes away -- she said she'd call me when she got home. I have not heard from her. I called once, about a half hour ago and no call back from her yet.
Her sister wanted the boyfriend's number; I guess it is presumably to tell this guy where to go -- but that would, i wold think, compound the problem. You think he is going to listen to her sister?
She never should have said okay to dating this guy. It just wasn't a good idea --- I told her that when she first told me a couple of months ago that she was dating him...but did she listen to me? Nope.
There have also been problems with him dictating what she can or cannot do with her spare time -- none of this sounds good.
I am worried because I haven't heard from her. I'm going to try calling both numbers again.

She may not be home...but I will leave her a note or call and say I will be there. I know she has the gym and sometimes she stops off to do errands.
