  • We are renovating a part of our basement into a bedroom.  The existing bedroom will become our nursery!

  • We're in a condo, so there isn't a lot we can do with layout. We bought a flip, so the kitchen and baths already had granite counters and such added before we moved in. The week we got our keys we painted all but one room in our place and replaced all the light fixtures. We added board and batten in the dining room and custom built-ins in the living room. Our bedroom is large, but it is just a bedroom. If we were to do one room next I think it would be nice to do something to make the master feel more special. Adding crown molding is on my list...
  • Our bathroom upstairs is a Jack and Jill with two separate toilet/washrooms and a shared bathtub/shower combo.  We plan to split the space in two to create a separate guest bath with bathtub and a master bath with walk in shower.

  • I wish kitchen, but the only major construction I can see is finishing the basement, which is more practical, but less fun.
