  • That is pretty much everything DH has told me about working out. Some of the stuff is hard to change your mind about like eating more food after a workout. I am usually hungry after but the logic side of the brain says why are you eating you just burned all those calories.

  • Yeah, the whole eating more thing is still hard for me to accept.  I've always "dieted" and eaten less and obviously lost weight, but it always came back.
